The first phase of this project includes five residential condominium-style timeshare buildings with a pool and site improvements. Each of the 74 one- and two-bedroom floor plans features desert prairie inspired
interiors that hint at a Frank Lloyd Wright influence, blurring the line
between exterior and interior.
