Vista Dunes is an 80-unit home-style apartment housing project initiated by the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency in an effort to provide quality affordable housing for the growing population.
The La Quinta Redevelopment Agency, Studio E Architects, NGA and DavisReed all approached the Vista Dunes project with specific goals in mind: energy efficiency, water efficiency, smart design and green-building efficiency and durability. It is the nation’s largest multi-family housing project to receive the US Green Building Council’s LEED Platinum Certification.
