Four Seasons Hotel University Circle includes 200 guestrooms that span 10 floors, a conference and meeting center, restaurant and full-service spa. The hotel tower is founded on a podium consisting of subterranean parking spaces.

When unexpected geotechnical challenges caused the building to settle during construction, DavisReed provided expertly calculated solutions by removing portions of the curtainwall, creatively adapting to differing elevations in each pod of rooms, and making subtle elevation adjustments in public areas to retain attractive sight lines,
accommodate building systems and respect architectural integrity.
