Thunder Valley Casino consists of a 637-room, 20-level cast-in-place hotel tower, with EIFS and curtainwall exterior and a 451,549-sf addition to the existing casino. This includes gaming, restaurants, porte cochere, pool deck and other miscellaneous spaces. Phase II of the project added a performing arts center constructed of structural steel with concrete on metal deck slabs, EIFS and curtainwall exterior, 3,000-seat capacity with pre-function space and back of house as well as a 142,000-sf spa, ballrooms and Kids Quest.
