LAUSD’s Project Description: The project is the San Julian Bus Garage. It project consists of construction of a 16,000 SF pre-engineered structural steel building (procured by others) with 16 service bays and manually operated roll up doors. The building will also include a single unisex bathroom. The project will include concrete footings for steel columns, slab on grade and pavement repair. The building will include metal siding, a mechanical ventilation system as well as other mechanical and electrical components.
